Sector F-14 and F-15 are among those included in the federal government institution’s plan to provide modern and well-planned accommodation facilities for its employees and the public at large. long awaited, these sectors comprise about 5000 ~5500 kanals in land area and located on prime location adjacently to the existing developed sector G-13 & G-14.

Sector F-14 and F-15 location then makes both markets hugely appealing for not just local investors but also those from overseas who seek a safe, long-term and lucrative investment in the capital.

2. Development Tender and Role of FWO

The major development in this regard however is the granting of a majority of these project’s contract to the Frontier Works Organization (FWO). FWO has a history of execution and trust in mega-infrastructure projects throughout the length and breadth of Pakistan, its being there from the start on gates investors’ apprehension over pace of development process.

We visited in August 2025 and could see on ground development and early stage infrastructure work on the grounds were already underway. The commencement of roads, drains and early utility planning indicate that progress is well underway.

  • Drainage & Sewerage Preparations: Machinery is working on laying down the groundwork for a modern sewerage system.
